Assessment of HRD System & Training Need Analysis of Executives in E1-E4 grade of the Corporation	Human Resource Development system and need for training is analyzed for the Executives of Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Limited Current HRD system evaluated and recommendations made to strengthen it specifically in the context of training . TNA conducted for Executives at induction level E1 Grade to Junior Management levels (E4 Grade). The seize of the target group is about 520 including Executives and Managers.
